Activities for Preschoolers
Starting between the ages of 2 1/2 and 3, you will have the choice of enrolling your child in preschool. Several parents and guardians may ask, “Why preschool? Isn’t my child learning properly with a caregiver or at home?” Certainly, nothing takes the place of a loving and nurturing home and no one is more significant to children than their parents or guardians. But studies prove that children who attend quality preschool have higher reading and mathematics skills, are better ready for kindergarten, behave better in class, and are more likely to graduate from high school and go to college.
Preschoolers may better manage their physical abilities to attain more challenging tasks, like cutting paper. The following activities are great to further nurture children’s motor skills, communication skills, and improve memory. Activities like Birdwatching, Match It Up, Homemade Bubbles, My Alphabet House, and The Guessing Game.
